Realm of the Titans launches
Aeria Games has just launched Realm of the Titans today, a free-to-play Multiplayer Online Battle Arena game developed by former Defense of the Ancients professional players. The game already has quite big a following in China and now that it is being officially released in the west, you can download it here and give it at a try.
The main differences between RotT and other MOBAs are the control points which are located in every lane between the 2nd and 3rd tier towers, when captured offensively these points allow spawning allied creeps right outside the enemy's base and also give the ability to teleport to that location. As opposed to other games in the genre, the main map has a rectangular shape which means faster travelling between lanes and besides the hero specific spells, there are 25 Titan spells to choose from. Unlike the Summoner spells from League of Legends, these can be reassigned every 3 minutes and adapted to the different phases of the match.
