GSL Code S Season 2 - following the conclusion of the Ro32 on Saturday, the Ro16 groups have been drawn on GOMTV. The only foreigner present in the previous round,  Quantic NaNiwa, managed to qualify and was placed in the first group together with our player   SuperNoVa. We will also be represented by   The StC in Group C. The racial distribution in this stage consists of 7 Terran, 7 Protoss and only 2 Zerg players. Both Zerg players,  July and  Leenock, are in Group B.

The format is the same as in the previous round. The 4 players from each group will be split into 2 pairs and face each other, followed by a Winner's Match and a Loser's Match based on the results of the initial pairings. The victor of the Winner's Match will take 1st place while the loser will play against the winner of the Loser's Match for 2nd place. The top 2 players from each group will qualify for the quarter-finals which will take place in May.

  UPDATES -   SuperNoVa qualifies for the quarter-finals after defeating  Virus 2 - 0 in the lower bracket final of the group.

                     -  NaNiwa wins both of his upper bracket matches with 2 - 0 and takes 1st place in the group.
