UPDATE : Evil Geniuses manage to beat the now former King of the Hill PotM Bottom very convincingly in yet another 3-0 win as this seems to be the trend of our KotH, they win $100 and are now the new kings!

Our new King of the Hill series will be moving on to its second week. Last week PotM Bottom managed to take a full 3-0 win over Absolute Legends in the first match of the series bagging $100. You can view a full re-cap of the matches right here.

The next opponent for the current King of the Hill team, PotM Bottom is going to be another American top team;  Evil Geniuses. We're in for quite an epic american showdown next Sunday.

Since the prize system for the AbsoluteArena King of the Hill is a tad bit complicated as KotH tournaments were not introduced in the Dota 2 world before, you can read the explanation below.

This time the motivation for PotM Bottom is even bigger as if they manage to bag this win as well they go home with $200 instead of first win's $100. This is how our system works, the consecutive wins increase your prize pool by $100, meaning that if they win 5 games in a row they bag a total of $1500. 

Meanwhile, Evil Geniuses may not have the chance to win a bigger prize this time as if they win it would only be $100 considering it would be their first win. However, they are motivated to take the title away from PB and be able to continue in the series for their chance at a prize of $1500 as well.

The game is in a Best-of-5 format and will take place on Sunday (19th of August) at 22:00 CEST on our own Dota 2 Stream to be casted by our new caster, David "TriumphOfMan" Rutter.
