IPL 5 Qualifier #1
The first European and North American qualifiers for the IGN Pro League 5 will take place this month and the matches will be played from Tuesdays to Fridays. After the success of IPL 4 in early April, which reported record breaking viewership for an eSports event in the western world, the organizers did not waste any time and started preparing for IPL 5 which is announced to even bigger than the previous event. There will 4 qualifiers within each region in a single elimination best-of-3 format. IPLLoL will run the western regional qualifiers while their partners Garena, MarsTV and S.163.COM will help with the Asian qualifiers.

Team SoloMid (Winner of IPL4)- 3 from Live Event Qualifier
With a diverse 16-team roster and a six-figure prize pool, the main event is sure to be an interesting one. But to get there, teams need to pass the qualifiers first. In addition to a spot in the main event, the 1st place from each region will receive all-expenses paid trips and top seeding at IPL 5. Red Baron and HatPerson will provide commentary for the duration of the qualifiers and VoDs will be up on IPL's YouTube Channel.
