Angush departs AL
It is with regret that we announce the departure of 
Aurimas "Angush" Gedvilas from our League of Legends team.
Despite 
AbsoluteLegends advancing to the Grand Final of The Gamers Assembly 2012 held in France last month, the team as a whole felt that discrepancies and clashes of personality within the team would hinder their future chances of progression.
Andreas "Xinec" Krogsbøll has issued a statement on behalf of his team:
Angush became increasingly disrespectful towards every other person in the team. This escalated to the point where we honestly felt that we didn't want to be in a team with him any longer. Since

We would like to wish Angush the best of luck in his future endeavours.

First of all, Angush was the captain of the team. Xinec joined AL 2-3 months ago and he can manipulate others and do everything he wants. I think Angush leaded the team pretty well. There was time when they sucked really hard and only Angush knew what to do. Now they are so good only because of him. Thats unconscious that he formed the team and now hes kicked without real problems...

I agree for me the team was great as it was the results they were having were some off the best. Sadly enough behind the scenes there are still 5 people, teenagers that have to play with eachother and when 4 people can't continue with 1 person anymore and its not like we didn't try to solve this first but we all came to the conclusion this is what the others wanted continue without angush, i did speak with angush about all this and still do every day.
We have nothing against angush and are just looking for someone to replace him that fits the team skillwise and personal wise.
And it's not because Xinec gave and made his statement and was honest people should hate him now in the end this is what everyone agreed on, sad as it is this is reality and we have to move on now !

Really agree with you wet, if it doesn't work you should take the right action to see that the team can go on , with or without some oldp layers sadly enough. Though for tuture cases, perhaps it might be better to include 2 statements. One of the team and one of the person that gets kicked. I'm very sure you of all people understands this and that's the only thing I as a AL fan would like to see different in a case like this.
Team > personal issues. (sadly enough those issues were brought up at the vengeance cup casting :/ )

Hey everyone, I played on this team in the Mistral times. Even when i played there were backs and downs. But Angush allways did the right thing to fix it.
And now there is downs for LoL Lineup Absolute Legends, without Angush on the team, its not the same team, and the skill level of the team will decrease alot. And Angush will make it, make another team, and make that team to the top. :)

We never said that Angush was a bad player, just that there were conflicts between the team members and him, and it resulted in the team performing poorly at events, so things had to change.

How hard can it be to show a minimum amount of respect. It cant always be peace and love when you are part of a team, but atleast show some dignity and respect. Even when you are not that close with some of your teammates that does not mean you cant work together with them on a professional level. Maybe this is due to lack of experience and/or age of the players...

@ Svenskeren: You can't focus on a single player in a team game like LoL and that became VERY clear in the match vs aAa in the Vengeance Cup, even so that the casters brought it up as the main priority that had to be fixed to get AL back in track.
Yes Angush is a great player, but to say that the team will decrease alot is complete rubbish as 1) you don't know who the replace will be and 2) at this point, the team only can improve by replacing and playing as a united team again, as a single player on this level of gaming will not be able to carry a whole team.
@LBowjob: I agree with you, but after reading it a couple of times I personally think they just formulated their meanings wrong. I still believe the team has respect for Angush, but just that they felt he was the source of the problem that the teamplay didn't work out anymore and there was too much tension between the team and him.
Though like I stated before, yes they could show more respect by formulating their comments a tad different :)

The problem was that malunoo wanted to be team leader. And he got what he wanted.
Xinec and sleper showed how immature they are. Angush trolling and killing a dc and thats it, you bad and so on. Can anyone imagine for exaple CLG na kicking hotshot because he killed a dc once. For those kids it is enough of the problem.
And last think, extinkt had nothing against angush and was neutral, so it was 3 vs 1, and not 4 vs 1 like everyone is sayin.
And about respect, if they would have a tiny bit of it, they would have talked with angush about it, instead of talkin behind his back.
