Typical start is boots + 3 pots. You can also get away with boots + 1 pot + 1 sight ward. An early ward for your top lane or mid lane can be very helpful.
Wolves and then Blue start is ideal. After Blue you should have your pulv + headbutt. You have many choices from here. Gank mid, gank top (blue side), gank bot (purple side), or continue to wraiths. Most people expect an alister gank at level 2 so its often a good idea to clear wraiths, move back to wolves and then have smite again for red. After red, another wraith camp will be up and you will hit 4 after that. Of course be open to look around the map to see if any opportunities present themselves.
If you get a first blood gold or are just being successful with your ganks, the enemy team will probably purchase lots of wards so its also a good idea to use that early money to get an oracles. Just clear safely such as when you see people in their lanes and not mia.
Start boots + 3 pots OR boots + 1 pot + 1 sight ward
Get your philosopher stone asap. If you get a lot of early money from ganks then buy an oracles but only after at least finishing philo stone. Ideally it would be good to finish after heart of gold but if the enemy is heavily warding like they should, gonna need the oracles.
From here you can continue pressuring lanes by getting mobilities. Otherwise leave it at boots 1 and get merc treads later
If you need more tank on your team, an aegis helps especially against aoe comps.
From there you can work towards revery. If the team needs a lot of utility, you can get revery before aegis too. Revery is great on alistar because it helps you initiate so much easier or to help escape.
After revery, depending on the enemy you could work towards rands/FH if they are ad heavy or FON
